Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within about 5-10 business days from the moment we receive your payment. 

  • US Orders - shipped via USPS priority mail which takes about 2-4 business days from the moment of shipment.

  • International Orders - shipped via USPS First Class which take about 7-20 business days to arrive, depending on your country's customs regulations.

While you have the option to upgrade the shipping speed before checking out, we do not guarantee the arrival of orders by a certain date. We do our best to send orders quickly, but from the moment your parcel is shipped, it is out of our hands and we cannot control when it arrives.

Is there any way to get my order quicker?

If you need a rushed order, please let us know by writing "rush order" in the note box in your cart before checkout. We will do our best to make it happen for you. 

 

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If tracking states as "delivered" we are not responsible for lost packages. However, if an item gets lost on it's way to you, please contact us, and we will do our best to try and track it down. If we decide to replace your item, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the replacement's shipping fees. We are not responsible for damage that is caused by shipping companies and/or missing/lost parcels. Please let us know if you wish to insure your package for an additional fee.

Are there customs fees for international orders?

Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees. It is up to the buyer to be informed about their country's policies/regulations and to pay any/all fees.

Will I receive an order tracking number?

The tracking/confirmation number will be included in a confirmation email that will be sent to the email you provided when ordering as soon as your parcel is packed.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on most items in unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase.  Nonrefundable items include gift cards, swimwear, underwear and items discounted 40% or more. 

 

I'm past the 30 days for my return, will you make an exception?

You can contact us directly and we may or may not be able to make an a case by case exception.

I just placed my order is there any way I can cancel it?

You may contact us if you would like to cancel your order and we will do our best to accommodate if the order wasn't processed and shipped yet.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We have gift card for purchase here.  If there's a specific amount not listed that you'd like to purchase, let us know.

Can I combine discount codes?

Promotions, coupon codes, special offers and gifts cannot be combined — only one can be applied per order. 

 

Do you do wholesale orders?

Yes, we are open to working with select wholesalers. Please contact us for current pricing and lead times.
